The customer may be required to provide the product name, item code, purchase date, invoice, photographs/videos, and details of the issue.
Verification of Claim
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and verification by CP Century Hardware Pvt. Ltd. The company reserves the right to determine whether the reported issue is covered under warranty.
Warranty Exclusions
